To offer the best scheduling availability to all our guests, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost at the original appointment time.
- A $75 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is applied toward your total service cost and is refundable only if canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
Service Adjustments
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us within 3 days of your appointment.
- We’ll happily make any necessary adjustments at no additional cost.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds on services or retail purchases.
Running Late (a.k.a. The 5 O’Clock Rush-Hour Clause)
We understand that life and traffic happen! However, in fairness to all guests and to keep the day running smoothly:
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
- You will be charged 100% of the service fee, which can be applied toward your next appointment, and your $75 deposit will be forfeited.
